Deposits and Balance
A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking, paid securely online at checkout. The remaining balance is due in cash or card on the day of your tour, when you board.
Booking Confirmation
Once your deposit is paid, please allow up to 24 hours for your booking to be confirmed. We will contact you by email or WhatsApp once confirmed.
Departure Date Availability
At checkout you’ll be asked to provide three possible departure dates, in order of preference. We cannot guarantee your first-choice date, which is why we ask for backup options. If none of your three dates are available, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Barbados Dollars (BBD). Prices may change for seasonal reasons and are not guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed.
Pickup
If you’re staying at a hotel, villa, or apartment, we’ll use the accommodation name and district you provide at checkout for pickup. If you’re staying at a private residence, please provide the address along with a nearby landmark so our driver can find you easily.
